Entry Requirements
- Be 18 yrs or older
- Hold a minimum Yr 12 Certificate (or equivalent in Kenya Form 4)
- Be competent in written & spoken English (IELTS 5.5 or equivalent),
- Have a working digital literacy and access to computers.
- Hold a Cert IV SIT40521 in Kitchen Management
- Evidence of Covid 19 vaccination or other health requirements the Australian government requires.
Core Requirements
Students must complete 28 Units of competency.
