Course Description
The CHC52021 Diploma of Community Services is a qualification designed for individuals who want to work in community services or case management roles. The qualification has been updated to include major changes. It consists of core and elective units of competency that cover various topics, including domestic and family violence, alcohol and drug issues, and counselling.
Entry Requirements
- Be 18 yrs or older
- Hold a minimum Yr. 12 Certificate (or equivalent in Kenya Form 4)
- Hold a CHC33015 Cert III (Ageing Support)
- Be competent in written & spoken English (IELTS 5.5 or equivalent),
- Have a working digital literacy and access to computers.
- Hold or be able to acquire a national police clearance, A DHS working with vulnerable people, disability clearance, Working with Children Certificate
Core Requirements
Students must complete 20 Units of competency, and The qualification has a mandatory Work Placement Requirement of 200 hours.
